What you'll do

  • Support daily retail operations by assisting with stock counts, receiving and merchandising products, greeting walk-in customers, answering phone inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service while responding to customer needs in person and over the phone.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced retail setting.

  • Use MS Office applications effectively to support administrative and store-related tasks.

  • Manage multiple priorities efficiently and contribute to general housekeeping and day-to-day retail duties as needed.

Who we're looking for

  • Equine knowledge and agricultural industry experience are an asset

  • Self-motivated - able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service

  • Forklift experience is an asset/forklift training may be required

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly bend and twist; ability to stand for long periods of time, ability to lift a minimum of 25 kg

You'll also need

  • Provide exceptional customer service, assist with inquiries, make product recommendations, and drive sales.

  • Collaborate with team members, maintain a clean and organized store, and support additional tasks as needed.

  • The availability to support multi-skilled operators, supervisors/team leaders, or others.

  • Ability to work part-time - Up to 16 hours per week, Monday and Saturday.

  • Ability to be on-site. Location: 9415 - 109 Street Westlock, Alberta T7P 2M6.
