Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Sales
  2. Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers
  3. Answers any questions regarding customer's policy
  4. Accept payments and process transactions
  5. Identify any potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy
  6. Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
  7. Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development on an as-needed basis
  8. Maintain a neat and clean work area and office
  9. FNOL's (vehicle inspections)
  10. Taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required)
  11. Bank run deposits
  12. Position is full time
  13. Other duties as assigned

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful
