Position Title: Clean Technician

Reports to (Position Title): Site Manager

Location: East Point, GA

POSITION SUMMARY

Cleaners perform a variety of janitorial and cleaning services to maintain buildings and facilities. This includes performing specialized and general cleaning duties within the assigned site restrooms, etc.), in addition to stocking and replenishing locations supplies. Cleaners also facilitate on-the-job training for all new hires.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

  • Disposing of trash from bins and containers
  • Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed
  • Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public restrooms
  • Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to pass a ten-year felony fingerprint background check
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload
  • Professionalism and ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast­paced environment
  • Highly motivated, self-directed and results driven
