Laundromat Manager

Job Description:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction; establish and maintain total customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, organize and work with Recruiting Department to hire laundry personnel.
    • Manage and develop employees, evaluate individual and team performance.
  • Lead and communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth day to day operation.
  • Resolve customer complaints.
  • Direct laundry personnel to ensure consistent supply of clean, neat, and quality service.
  • Perform laundry activities according to the Health Department and OSHA
  • Ensure laundry equipment and facility are in best operating condition.
  • Develop a wash, dry and fold base of customers.
  • Manage and control departmental financial processing.
  • Must be available for potential open and/or closing shifts
  • Execute sales strategies, manage expenses and maximize profitability
  • Always maintain a clean and safe laundromat environment.
  • Must be available for potential open and/or closing shifts

Environmental & Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch, lift weight, or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
