Laundry Attendant at Bluewater Wash Laundromat - Part-Time Day Shift (7AM-3PM) / Evening Shift (3PM-11PM) / and Night Shift (11PM-7AM) Positions Available

Bluewater Wash Laundromat is seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our brand new, state-of-the-art facility located at Merchant Square Shopping Center (4405 Governor Printz Blvd, Wilmington DE 19802).   • Currently hiring for a PART-TIME EVENING SHIFT/DAY SHIFT & NIGHT SHIFT position - MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS: DAY SHIFT (7AM-3PM), EVENING SHIFT (3PM-11PM) - 3-4 Day and/or Evenings/week to start with an opportunity to earn more shifts and grow from there - NIGHT SHIFT (11PM-7PM) is 2 Nights/week - must be able to work weekends and Holidays and have transportation to and from work!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness of the facility and equipment at all times
  • Process Wash-Dry-Fold orders and fold clothes
  • Assist customers with operating machines and value center kiosks
  • Help self-serve customers and perform basic troubleshooting
  • Process drop-off laundry orders in a timely manner
  • Notify management of machine malfunctions and supply needs
  • Promote a safe environment and report safety concerns
  • Night Shift primarily a janitorial/cleaning position (mopping floors/cleaning bathrooms/polishing washers and dryers/etc)

Qualifications:

  • Functional reading, writing, and basic computer skills
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for long periods of time (this is not a desk job)
  • Effective communication with customers
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures
