Clean Eatz is hiring a Front-of-House Team Member!

Our Front-of-House Team helps educate our customers about our Meal Plan and Grab N' Go Meals, ring out Cafe orders, make smoothies, and support our Meal Plan Teams as-needed. This is a great position for an extroverted individual who enjoys customer interaction. Hours can vary based on the opening, but we have daytime Team Members (10 a - 4 p) and evening Team Members (4 p - 8:30 p) as well as weekend shifts (10 a - 3:30 p). We can also create longer full-day shifts for the right candidate! We guarantee a minimum hourly wage of $14/hour, but it's often more than this depending on tips. We also offer weekly pay and a 401(k) with a company match after 1 year of service.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Greeting and ringing out customers

• Educating guests on our Meal Plan offerings and understanding the difference between our Meal Plan, Grab N’ Go, and Café offerings

• Making smoothies, serving food, and supporting our Meal Plan Team as needed.

• Performing all duties to maximize guest satisfaction.

KEY PERFORMANCE ELEMENTS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Candidates must be able to work until 8:30 p on weekdays and 3:30 p on weekends.

• Reports to work well groomed, and at all times practices good personal hygiene.

• Uses, maintains, & cleans all equipment, plus prep and storage areas, if applicable.

• Has sufficient knowledge of menu items and prep procedures.

• Ensures a harassment free environment through proper personal conduct.

• Upholds food safety and security standards at all times.

• Complete other job duties.

• Able to respond in emergency situations to avoid imminent dangers to self and others.

KEY COMPETENCIES/CHARACTERISTICS:

• Able to remain positive and calm under stressful conditions.

• Capable of using knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment safely.

• Exhibits neat, clean and professional image at all times.

• Ability to read and understand recipes.

• Physical Requirements Able to lift and carry 30+ pounds several times per shift.

• Must have sufficient mobility to move and/or operate in work area.

• Bending, turning, twisting upper body, reaching for up to 10 times per day.

• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of time.

• This position requires work in hot environments.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferred customer service experience, but not required.

• No formal education requirement.

Our business hours involve no late night shifts. Our store hours are 11 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday and 11 AM to 3 PM on Saturday and Sundays.
