Job description

Lead Cleaner

We are seeking a Part-Time Lead Cleaner in the Wauwatosa Area (Monday-Friday 5:00pm-10:30pm). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, and prior experience in cleaning is preferred. Furthermore, the individual should possess some knowledge of how to operate a scrubber machine.

Assists the Building Supervisor and/or Manager with cleaning operations, and the day-to-day activities of the cleaners while maintaining their own cleaning runs to satisfy the customer and Modern Maintenance’s standards. Traveling to more than one site to make sure company standard of cleaning is being met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESONSIBILITIES:

· Performs routine inspections of buildings/sites- making sure buildings are up to par.

· Provides leadership to a group of cleaners to perform their duties.

· Assign tasks to workers based on job requirements or special assignments.

· Order and issue supplies as needed.

· Provide employees with any documents, attire and supplies they may need.

· Evaluates employee performance and conducts on-site training.

· Promote a safe and disciplined environment with adherence to company policy and procedures.

· Report incidents, procedures, or safety violations to the District Manager and Human Resources.

· Correct any customer dissatisfaction the same day/night and keep District Management informed of any problem situation.

· Other job duties may be assigned based on customer or management discretion.
