What You'll Be Doing

As a Luxury Cleaning contractor, you'll provide professional cleaning services for residential and commercial clients while representing our company with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Clean residential homes and commercial properties to company standards
  • Perform recurring, deep, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleanings
  • Clean offices, medical facilities, retail stores, apartment common areas, and other commercial spaces
  • Follow detailed cleaning checklists and client instructions
  • Arrive on time and prepared for every scheduled job
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail
  • Communicate professionally with clients and our office
  • Submit before-and-after photos when required
  • Report any issues or damages immediately
  • Deliver a five-star customer experience on every visit

What We're Looking For

To be successful, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of professional cleaning experience
  • Experience cleaning residential homes, commercial properties, or both
  • Reliable transportation
  • A smartphone with internet access
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Your own professional cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Two professional references
