  • Proven ability to safely operate pipe threaders, welding torches, hand tools, power tools, and related mechanical equipment.
  • Experience measuring, cutting, threading, fabricating, and installing piping systems.
  • Ability to install pipe supports, hangers, brackets, and related structural hardware.

  • Experience with commercial HVAC piping systems, hydronic piping, chilled water systems, or related mechanical systems.
  • Existing safety or trade certifications such as OSHA, Fall Protection, Lift Operation, or related jobsite safety training.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with foremen, welders, helpers, and other trades.
  • Professionalism working in occupied facilities around building staff, patients, students, public occupants, or client personnel.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
  • Consistent bi-weekly pay cycle.
  • Access to prevailing wage project opportunities and overtime potential.
  • 401(k) retirement savings program with company match.
  • Medical coverage options.
