Job description

Position: Plant Clean Up Team Member
Work Location: Arkadelphia, AR 71923
Payrate: $21.47/hr

Duration: 3+ Months role with high chances of extension/conversion
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM

Job Description:

  • The primary focus will always be clean-up of premises and plants. This clean-up will have focus areas that will be assigned by the Hiring Manager and/or leads on a daily/weekly basis.
  • "Clean-up Crew" with preferably forklift experience. Clean up the outer and inner premises, inside and outside of the plant. Each contractor will be assigned a focus area daily
  • Please be sure to communicate to your candidates that there will be days when they will not be using a forklift at all.
  • When rain or weather prevents outdoor work, contractors will be utilized for any indoor areas of the plant that need attention.
  • These contractors will be hauling away, putting away, storing and trashing large items located on the outside of the plant using a forklift as well as doing some simple cleaning of the inside of the plant as well. 
  • When cleaning outside, they should rake areas to remove all debris from the yard close to the buildings and they should paint exterior components the proper colors. 
  • As they work their way around the building, replace any faded or missing signage.
