Responsible for providing secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a supportive environment.

Essential Job Functions:
1. Responsible to provide test security, ensures respect for student information and student confidentiality
2. Comply with all testing procedures, practices and policies
3. Responsible for tracking candidates admitted to testing, in accordance with secure check-in procedures, and monitor attendance continuously throughout the entire exam session.
4. Comply with all applicable legal requirements relating to the activities of contracted and ADA related matters.
5. Function effectively indoors in a classroom environment and engage in work of primarily a sedentary nature with the ability to sit or stand at workstation for extended periods.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Knowledge:
1. Customer and Personal Service - General knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of user satisfaction.
2. English Language - General knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

1. Near Vision - Must be able to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
