Deliver, organize, and rotate product and collect required payment while providing a “best in class” customer service level and developing outstanding customer relationships in assigned market. Complete proper paperwork for each account and reconcile at the end of each day. Responsible for the daily pre-trip inspection of vehicle, as well as adherence to all safety policies and procedures. Develop and maintain solid interdepartmental relationships, including effective and consistent communication. Responsible for supervising the Assistant assigned to the route.
The position is a full-time, Tuesday through Friday, position with extended hours as service needs dictate. Position is required to work most holidays with the possibility of an occasional weekend and an occasional Monday..
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have ability to maintain clear driving record and Class “A” CDL
Able to maintain a valid medical certificate in accordance with MCSR regulations 49 CFR 391.41 - 391.49
Highly professional, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail, and able to accurately attend to details and spot errors when reviewing load sheets and completing paperwork
Able to display a high energy level and demonstrate ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment both individually and as part of a team
Needs to be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic and practice ethical conduct
Able to perform basic math skills, including adding and subtracting numbers; Owns a compatible device (smart phone) capable of running an app to perform digital invoice activity
Observe safety and security procedures
Able to use equipment and materials properly
Able to reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, walk and occasionally climb when unloading trucks for delivery
Able to regularly lift or carry up to 40 lbs. and occasionally lift full kegs, which weigh up to 170 lbs.
Must be able to repeatedly lift, push, pull or carry product and maneuver a dolly effectively.
Must have your own mobile device and will be required to use business applications (you will receive a partial reimbursement monthly)
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 21 years of age.
