Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety is our top priority
  • Class A CDL or Class B CDL with an air brake endorsement is a plus
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
  • Ability to work and lead a traffic control crew/team environment on road project
  • Forklift certification is preferred
  • Capable of lifting/manipulating objects weighing 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Directs traffic control operations, sets ups signs, barricades and barrels during road maintenance operations
  • Ability to perform while working on feet for 10+ hours per day during inseason
  • Punctuality and dependability are essential skills
  • Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a Traffic Control Helper or Foreman.
  • Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a construction or similar environment.
  • Ability to operate and handle heavy equipment safely.
  • Strong understanding of road safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
