Just earned your Class A CDL but everyone wants experience? Well help you get it.

Seattle Choice Transport is hiring recent Class A CDL graduates for our paid Driver Trainee Program supporting the Amazon Freight Partner network in Indianapolis.

No previous professional Class A driving experience is required for candidates accepted into our program.

Start at $22/Hour During Training

You'll receive paid, hands-on training designed to help you safely transition from CDL school to professional driving.

Training includes:

  • Hands-on tractor-trailer driving
  • Backing and maneuvering
  • Coupling and uncoupling
  • Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Trip planning and Hours of Service
  • Amazon operations and technology
  • Real-world ride-alongs with experienced trainers
  • Safety coaching and mentorship

Once you successfully complete training and are approved to drive solo, you can transition into one of our full driver positions.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Recent CDL graduate
  • At least 21 years old
  • Clean driving record
  • Must pass DOT physical
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Must successfully complete required background screening
  • Comfortable using GPS, ELDs and smartphone applications
  • Must meet DOT English-language proficiency requirements
