Join Our Team as a Residential Gate Security Officer
PalAmerican Security is seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused Residential Gate Security Officers to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming community environment.
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate integrity, professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control access to residential communities and properties.
  • Verify and authorize entry and exit of residents, guests, contractors, and visitors.
  • Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises to identify and prevent security concerns.
  • Respond to alarms, disturbances, and security incidents.
  • Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, or unauthorized individuals.
  • Accurately complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
  • Contact emergency services when necessary and assist during emergency situations.
  • Maintain a professional presence while providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
  • Enforce community access policies and security procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
