We're seeking an experienced Class B Truck Driver based out of New Paltz, NY.

Responsibilities
  • Safely Operate a Class B Truck to deliver finished goods our customers
  • Build positive relationships with our customers
  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
  • Comply with truck driving rules and regulations an company policies and procedures
  • Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
  • Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
  • Verify delivery instructions

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years Class B box truck driving experience
  • Class B CDL withair breaks required
  • Previous expereince driving in and around the NYC area preferred (no Manhattan deliveries)
  • Must meet Federal and State commercial motor vehicles requirements
  • Clean driving record
  • Good customer service skills
  • Must be able to be insured
  • Must have the ability to adhere to policies and standards
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
