Halls Chophouse is seeking professional, passionate, hospitality-minded Expeditors to join our team. We want to "enhance" traditional hospitality models by taking care of our employees, guests, and community. We are looking for an Expeditor to be a strong liaison between our kitchen and front of house team. The Expeditor ensures every single dish that goes out to our guests is flawless, accurate and up to our standards.

Requirements
What is needed:
If you are known to be positive, warm, and hospitable with FOH/BOH experience in an upscale, fine-dining restaurant, and you love to work in high volume, fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you! If you have a great attitude, "show up and be your best self "and are up to the challenge, we want to hear from you too! We will train you! You need to be willing to learn. You must be somebody who:
  • Someone who can work in conjunction with chefs to help expedite food during service, while also helping out in other support roles
  • Kitchen/expediter experience a plus
  • This position is ideal for anyone looking to transition from BOH to FOH
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a Back of House restaurant role
  • Great enthusiasm and attitude
  • Ability to make a positive difference in our guests and your co-workers' lives
  • Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
