Job Description:

  • Best Way Disposal is looking for Class B CDL Truck Drivers to join our team!

Class B CDL Truck Driver Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for safely operating a COMMERCIAL truck, and providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for customers who reside/work at a designated stop
  • Ensure the vehicle is in compliance with the Company’s safety standards prior to operating the vehicle
  • Ensure that all Company, state and federal regulations are adhered to at all times while operating the vehicle
  • Complete vehicle condition reports (“VCRs”) on a daily basis to ensure that any vehicle defects are repaired in a timely manner
  • Interact with all customers, dispatchers and others on a daily basis to ensure all customer routes are serviced in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify damaged waste bins, boxes, and tag containers for repair
  • Continuously monitor waste for evidence of unacceptable waste
  • Complete required route/log sheets, VCRs and other reports, as required

Class B CDL Truck Driver Qualifications:

  • Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
  • Air brakes endorsement required
  • Two years of prior experience driving heavy commercial trucks preferred
