Labor and Employment Attorney Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in employment-related class action litigation
- Strong background in defending employment discrimination, EEOC/DOL, and wage and hour claims, including class action lawsuits
- Experience in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance
- Proven ability to draft workplace policies and assist clients with employment issues
- Excellent academic credentials from a top 100 law school and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
