Class A CDL Construction Driver – Support Concrete Construction Operations Across the Front Range
Job Overview

The Opportunity

You will serve as a foundational member of the logistics and maintenance team, ensuring that high-value equipment and materials reach project sites safely and on time. This role offers the unique opportunity to blend professional driving with technical shop work, allowing you to take full ownership of fleet readiness and site support. You will be a vital link in the supply chain for a company that prioritizes long-term relationships and quality craftsmanship over shortcuts.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Direct the safe transport and delivery of freight and materials to various project locations throughout Wyoming and Northern Colorado.
  • Execute comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip inspections and daily DVIRs to maintain the highest standards of vehicle safety and DOT compliance.
  • Operate specialized heavy machinery including boom trucks, backhoes, and skid-loaders to assist with complex on-site loading and unloading.
  • Manage critical material inventory levels and order tracking to ensure field crews have the necessary supplies to maintain project momentum.
  • Repair and maintain faulty shop equipment and small engines to minimize downtime and extend the lifecycle of company assets.
  • Coordinate essential vehicle documentation including registrations, SMM stickers, and scheduled diesel emissions inspections.
  • Implement rigorous safety protocols while handling materials up to 100 lbs to ensure a zero-incident work environment.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Proven knowledge of DOT regulations and concrete construction codes.
  • Demonstrated experience in small engine repair and general equipment maintenance.
  • Ability to physically perform demanding tasks, including lifting up to 100 lbs and navigating active construction sites.
  • Willingness to travel to various work locations and operate in diverse weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Active operator certifications for specialized equipment such as Bobcat, skid-loader, or Boom Crane.
  • Previous experience managing inventory records and physical count reconciliations in a construction environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
