About the Role

We're hiring a Class II Operator to support daily asphalt plant operations by operating loaders and other equipment safely and efficiently. This role plays an important part in keeping materials flowing, maintaining plant cleanliness, and ensuring production runs smoothly.

This is a fulltime, seasonal position.


What You'll Do
  • Safely operate a frontend loader to load aggregate hoppers with required materials
  • Maintain clean and organized stockpiles and overall yard conditions
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance such as greasing, cleaning, and inspections
  • Complete accurate maintenance and inspection reports
  • Assist in general plant upkeep, repairs, and operational support
  • Operate skid steers, fuel trucks, water trucks, and haul trucks as needed
  • Load customer trucks and trailers when required
  • Follow all safety protocols and MSHA guidelines
  • Maintain regular inperson attendance
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and working in outdoor weather conditions
  • Ability to safely climb and descend ladders
  • Ability to safely access and navigate plant facilities
  • Willingness to work outside normal business hours as operational needs require
