Job description

Cherry Picker Operator

We are actively seeking experienced Cherry Picker Operators to fill multiple openings in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented, with proven experience operating cherry pickers/order pickers. This position requires the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Shifts:

1st

Shift (Sunday- Tuesday) 5am-530pm

1st

Shift (Wednesday- Friday) 5am-530pm

2nd

Shift (Monday-Thursday) 6pm-430am

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a cherry picker/order picker to pick, retrieve, and store inventory at various warehouse locations and rack heights.
  • Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to locate, scan, and track inventory.
  • Retrieve materials and products from elevated storage locations.
  • Stage, organize, pack, label, and prepare orders as required.
  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Perform inventory replenishment and stock rotation as needed.
  • Maintain accuracy when selecting products and completing orders.
  • Inspect equipment before and after use and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent cherry picker/order picker operating experience.
  • Experience working in high-rack warehouse environments preferred.
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity expectations.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working at elevated heights.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screenings.
