Job description

We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a local, home-daily position out of Shelbyville, IN. This position delivers grocery freight from the distribution center to store locations throughout Illinois, Ohio, and Indiana, with drivers unloading freight using a motorized pallet jack.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid Class A CDL
  • Must have 3 months Tractor Trailer driving experience
  • Must have personal transportation to and from the distribution center
  • We are seeking truck drivers that have a safe and clean record

Job Details

  • Deliveries are made for a dedicated customer
  • Unload freight from the trailer into store back rooms
  • Average weekly miles: 1400-1600
  • Routes may include Illinois, Ohio, and Indiana
  • Drivers operate day cab tractors

Schedule

  • Home daily
  • Night shift
  • Start times are between 10 PM–Midnight or 2 AM-5AM
  • Nights, weekends, and holidays required

Compensation

  • Average weekly pay: $1,700-$1,900
  • $7,500 sign on bonus
  • Benefit package including medical, dental, vision
