Job description

Justin Time Transportation is Now Hiring CDL-A Regional & OTR Company Drivers


Pay & Details:
  • $1,281 - $1,769 per week - regional lanes
  • $1,769 average weekly pay - OTR lanes
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus
  • 99% No-touch refrigerated freight
  • New equipment - Kenworth's and Freightliners
  • Average 1,500 miles per haul


Benefits & Advantages:

  • Paid vacation - 1 year = 1 week, and 3 years = 2 weeks
  • 23:1 Driver to dispatcher ratio
  • Weekly settlements with direct deposits


Minimum Requirements:
  • Must have valid Class A CDL
  • Must be at least 25 years or older
  • Must have 24 months or more of recent verifiable experience in the last 36 months
  • No more than (2) moving violations in the last (36) months, with no more than (1) in the last (12) months
  • No more than (2) preventable accidents in the last (36) months, with no more than (1) in the last (12) months
  • No 15+ Speeding, Reckless or Unsafe Operation Tickets (Rear-ends, rollovers, lane-changes)
  • No preventable DOT recordables
  • Drivers must meet all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
  • Must have a valid DOT physical or be willing to complete one
  • Complete and pass DOT pre-employment drug testing requirement
  • No felony charges or probation - misdemeanors will be reviewed
  • Must complete FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearing House Query and status must be "Not Prohibited" with no past "Prohibited" infractions or SAP (Return to work)
