Job description

El/la Manejador(a) de Casos será responsable de revisar y procesar órdenes de prescripción médica, transcribir información para verificación del farmacéutico y brindar apoyo administrativo a la farmacia. Mantendrá comunicación con pacientes nuevos, oficinas médicas y otros proveedores de salud para asegurar que la documentación requerida esté disponible de manera oportuna.

Además, atenderá llamadas entrantes, dará seguimiento a tareas pendientes, procesará reclamaciones de seguros, obtendrá listas de medicamentos para revisión (DUR) y cumplirá con los estándares de productividad establecidos. Su enfoque principal será garantizar la satisfacción del paciente mediante un proceso eficiente, claro y centrado en el servicio.
