This is a Tier I/Tier II position focused primarily on supporting Windows Desktop and Microsoft Office 365. You will work with users over the phone, over remote support sessions, and in-person on-site at our client's locations as needed. Additionally, you may be asked to help with IT related projects including technology deployments, migrations and upgrades. This position is based at a client location in Knoxville, TN.


We strongly encourage skill development in this position and additional responsibilities are available asyour knowledge and experience expand.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide IT support to end users via remote support sessions and on-site
Provide support for Microsoft technologies including Windows and Office 365
Configure and deploy new laptop and desktop systems
Document incidents and follow resolution procedures
Provide exceptional customer service at all times


Experience and Skill Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills are required
Must enjoy working as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required
Ability to solve problems and learn quickly is required
Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 is helpful
Experience with building desktops and troubleshooting hardware issues is helpful
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field is preferred
1-2 years of previous technical support experience is preferred
Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy a plus

Valid driver's license with excellent driving record
