Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Job Description

  • Manage personal injury matters through investigation, negotiation, litigation, and resolution.
  • Evaluate claims, develop case strategy, review medical records, and analyze liability and damages.
  • Communicate directly with clients and keep them informed throughout the life of their cases.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other litigation documents.
  • Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to pursue favorable settlements.
  • Conduct and defend depositions, attend hearings and mediations, and participate in court proceedings.
  • Coordinate with experts, medical providers, witnesses, and internal legal support teams.
  • Maintain organized case files, deadlines, and documentation while managing an active caseload.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of personal injury law experience.
  • Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
  • Experience handling plaintiff-side injury claims, litigation, negotiations, or related case management.
  • Strong legal writing, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus.
