Level 1: Insurance Support Associate II (Underwriting)
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver baseline administrative support across departments to streamline renewals, submissions, and account modifications, including evaluating data for clearance eligibility and logging updates into a database.
Level 2: Insurance Support Associate III (Billing, Claims, Underwriting)
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
Streamline customer service and administrative operations by logging First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims and resolving inquiries regarding policies and billing. Additionally, audit receivable accounts to recover past-due balances while managing, processing, and scanning high-volume operational and policy documentation.
Level 3: Senior Insurance Support Associate (Billing, Claims)
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
Compile, analyze, and format performance metrics and journal entries into corporate systems to support departmental reporting. Additionally, oversee compliance documentation workflows and review official public records to maintain database accuracy and satisfy strict internal control protocols.
General Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or an equivalent secondary education credential.
  • Technical Skills: Typing speed of 35-45 WPM combined with operational proficiency in MS Office.
  • Preferred: 1 to 2 years of prior Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance exposure, collections background, or Guidewire/Salesforce experience.
