Job Title: Business Process Consultant
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Duration: 12 Months Contract on W2
Direct Client Need
Hybrid- 3-4 days in office at OKC.
Timeline & Interview Process: 1 Round, In-Person, up to 60 minutes.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business process analysis through stakeholder interviews, workflow reviews, data analysis, and other appropriate assessment methods.
  • Develop and maintain current state and future state process maps, workflows, and supporting documentation.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma and quality improvement methodologies to identify process gaps, bottlenecks, redundancies, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop practical, datainformed recommendations to improve process efficiency, effectiveness, standardization, and sustainability.
  • Develop and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, business requirements, reports, executive summaries, and other written materials. Facilitate or support process improvement sessions with program staff, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop appropriate process measures and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
  • Support implementation, change management, and sustainment activities associated with approved process improvements.
  • Provide regular progress updates and maintain documentation of assigned projects, deliverables, risks, issues, and recommendations.
  • Complete assigned deliverables within established timelines and incorporate OSDH feedback into final work products.
  • Completes other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a business analyst.
  • Professional experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, performance management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, or enterprise-level improvement efforts.
  • Experience developing executive-level reports, dashboards, process maps, SOPs, or implementation documentation.
  • Lean Six Sigma, project management, change management, business analysis, or related professional training or certification is preferred.
  • Nice to have experience in state government, healthcare, finance, regulatory or similar service-related business.
  • Preferred master's degree in MBA or MHA.
