Estimator – Commercial Construction (Exterior Cladding/Building Envelope)
Location: Tempe, Arizona (In-Person)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Salary (Office-Based)

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in Tempe. This full-time, in-office role supports commercial construction projects with a focus on exterior cladding and building envelope systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to read technical drawings, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze architectural and structural drawings to create accurate estimates
  • Review project specifications and scope
  • Use Bluebeam to perform takeoffs and markups
  • Prepare detailed proposals using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Manage time efficiently to meet bid deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in construction estimating
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam software
  • Strong understanding of architectural and structural plans
  • Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel
