As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Cladding Project Manager with strong technical knowledge of architectural cladding, glazing systems, and building envelope construction. The ideal candidate will also bring a solid understanding of construction engineering principles and the coordination of drafting and building scanning workflows.

This role is suited for an experienced Project Manager who wants to continue developing their technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities while taking greater ownership of complex projects and growing within Bothwell-Accurate.

The Project Manager will lead assigned projects from startup through completion, maintaining control of scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, documentation, and client commitments while working closely with internal teams, field operations, General Contractors, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end management of assigned cladding and building envelope projects, with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, documentation, and overall project performance.
  • Review contracts, drawings, specifications, estimates, shop drawings, engineered documents, schedules, and other project information to understand project requirements, deliverables, responsibilities, and potential risks.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, cost forecasts, schedules, and financial information; monitor costs, commitments, billing, and variances, and take appropriate action to protect project performance.
  • Lead and coordinate technical project workflows, including engineering, drafting, shop drawings, building scanning, and field-verification information, ensuring these resources are effectively integrated into project planning and execution.
  • Coordinate procurement, material requirements, fabrication and deliveries, subcontractor activities, site logistics, and other project resources to support planned construction activities and schedules.
  • Lead project meetings and communication with clients, General Contractors, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, internal teams, and field operations; establish clear action items, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Work closely with field supervisors and installers to address site conditions, coordination challenges, quality requirements, workmanship, and safety while supporting efficient project execution.
  • Maintain accurate project reporting and communicate project status, financial performance, risks, and significant issues to the Cladding Production Manager; drive deficiencies, warranty items, and closeout requirements through completion.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Proven experience managing architectural cladding, glazing systems, building envelope, or related commercial construction projects through multiple stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Strong technical understanding of construction engineering principles and the coordination of drafting, shop drawing, building scanning, and field-verification workflows.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, project documentation, procurement, construction workflows, and field operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop project forecasts, manage budgets and schedules, monitor costs, and make sound project decisions based on financial and operational information.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, contracts, and engineered designs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook, and familiarity with Bluebeam and similar construction/project-management software. AutoCAD experience is an asset but not required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive commitments to completion.
  • PMP certification or related formal project-management training is an asset.
