Job description

Facilities Civil Engineer Responsible for the design, analysis, and repair of concrete and steel structures. They will work together with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers on capital improvement projects to optimize quality while keeping to a schedule and budget Knowledge of drafting standards and tolerances Experience with AutoCAD 2D layouts Experience with 3D modeling is a plus. Ability to create bid packages and work with outside vendors for RFQs Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering, Engineering Technology or related, and a working knowledge of foundation design Experience in a construction environment, and the ability to work with contractors preferred Work together with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers on capital improvement projects to optimize quality while keeping to a schedule and budget The Facilities Civil Engineer must be project oriented and able to work well in a team environment Evaluate machinery layouts and design foundations based on requirements Design infrastructure support for machinery * 3 years'+ experience preferred Exposure to manufacturing environments is a plus.

Perform on-site surveys and update plant records and layouts as needed Possibility of 20% travel with 35% to 50% during periods of increased project work Offered: health, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) savings plan; long term disability coverage; and life and accident insurance. Vacation and PTO, paid holidays, any applicable federal and state sick leave. Salary range 90-120K/yr.
