Work Dates Needed: Ongoing, Est start date ASAP
Preferred Schedule: 8/9 AM 2/4 PM, On-Call: 5p -7p (2 hrs total), Short-term,
Worksite Setting: Inpatient (SNF), 2 hr call,
Provider would travel to 1 facility per day: Coverage includes 4 facilities, two a.5 miles apart, other two may be 1.5 hrs
20-25 patients per day
Focus on compliance-driven visits (H&Ps and federally required visits flagged in system as priority must be completed by a physician)
CIW system will provide them guidance on patients
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: NC state medical licenses
