Job description

An established boutique family law firm in Greater Seattle is seeking a Family Law Attorney to add to their group to handle family law matters. 


The base salary range is 120-225k annually, with additional bonus earnings based on collected revenue. They have comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401kwith a 5% match, 4 weeks PTO, 11 paid holidays, firm paid CLEs and bar dues, and other perks. 

They offer fully remote, hybrid, or in-office set ups (employee's preference). 

Every three years of tenure, the firm gifts an all-expense paid vacation for one week for the employee and their guest, as a reward for your dedication and hard work. 


Consideration for partnership available after 3 years. 

Structured and supportive mentorship provided. 

Open to attorneys looking to learn the family law practice coming from other areas of law such as criminal defense/prosecution or other civil litigation matters involving emotional subject matter. 

The group does regular happy hours and lunches in-person to provide opportunities for socializing and networking. 


Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:

- 1+ years of experience practicing law

- Active Washington Bar License, in good standing

- Juris Doctor

- Previous experience in family law matters highly desirable but not required

- Ability to appear in King, Pierce, and or Snohomish County courts and meet with local Greater Seattle Area clients in person as needed (must reside locally within a commutable distance).
