Our client, a well-established civil contractor operating across the Lower Mainland, is actively hiring Skilled Labourers to support ongoing underground utility and infrastructure projects.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with civil or utility construction experience looking for steady, year-round work with a reputable contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across the region.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting with installation of underground utilities including water, sewer, storm, and ducting
Trenching, pipe installation, backfilling, and compaction
Working safely around excavation, shoring, and heavy equipment
Supporting Foremen and site crews to maintain production targets
Reading grades, layouts, and site direction
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Following all site safety requirements and procedures
What We’re Looking For
Experience working in civil construction or underground utilities
Comfortable working in active construction environments
Experience around excavation and heavy equipment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Team-focused mindset
Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to project sites across the Lower Mainland
