Your work environment at EXP

We are currently seeking a C.E.T with experience in land development and municipal Infrastructure projects that include site grading, site servicing, stormwater management design and construction review

What a day at EXP has in store for you

  • Prepare preliminary and detailed CAD drawings associated with Land Development and Municipal infrastructure projects
  • Coordinate project drawings with project managers, CAD staff and others
  • Ensure that the projects' needs are met in a timely and effective manner
  • Work under the direction of Senior Staff and mentor junior CAD staff working within the division
  • Will have to alternate between two sites

What your experience looks like

  • Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably from a consulting engineering office environment in Ontario
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a mandatory requirement, along with strong computer software skills in Word, Excel & MS Project
  • Familiarity with various Municipal & Regional design and drafting standards
  • Experience in preliminary and detailed design drawing preparation associated with Land Development and Municipal infrastructure projects
  • Independent, Organized and Motivated Team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects in a fast-paced turnaround environment
  • Reliable way to get to multiple site locations in remote areas.

The salary range for this role is $60K-80K. The actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
