About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and execution of civil and environmental engineering projects with a focus on water, wastewater, aquatics, and stormwater infrastructure. This role requires a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with strong leadership skills and extensive project management experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through completion.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality assurance.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, permitting agencies, and subconsultants.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop engineering team members.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Travel to client meetings and project sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in civil or environmental engineering.
  • Strong experience with water, wastewater, aquatics, and/or stormwater projects.
