Description
CPH is a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architecture firm that ranks in the nation's Top 500 Design Firms by ENR Magazine. We are seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative team in San Juan!
The Civil Project Engineer is responsible of applying engineering principles to design, develop, and implement solutions for complex projects. This role is responsible of proper implementation of projects within budget, on schedule, and to the specified quality standards.
Duties Include
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions for projects.
  • Create and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Conduct analyses and tests to validate designs and ensure they meet project requirements.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensures that all aspects of the project's safety comply with regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepares and maintain project documentation, including reports, design changes, and status updates.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to upper managements and clients.

Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience with civil design projects for site development, drainage, or municipal projects
  • Experience with Civil 3D
  • Engineer in training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license
