What you'll do
โ€ข Manage one or multiple civil site development projects for residential and private sector clients
โ€ข Prepare and oversee the development of construction drawings for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure
โ€ข Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and ensure successful project delivery
โ€ข Lead proposal preparation and fee development efforts
โ€ข Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams
โ€ข Visit client offices and project sites to support project execution and business development
โ€ข Oversee engineering work and interface with other disciplines as needed
โ€ข Monitor project progress using accounting and project tracking tools
โ€ข Supervise and mentor engineers and technicians as part of project teams
โ€ข Communicate project status, risks, and solutions effectively
What you bring
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
โ€ข Professional Engineer (PE) license required
โ€ข 6+ years of experience in civil engineering design and project management
โ€ข Experience producing residential site design plans and working with residential clients
โ€ข Strong understanding of civil site design, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems
โ€ข Experience managing project scope, schedules, and budgets
โ€ข Working knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D
โ€ข Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach
