Job Description:

Sr. Project Manager, Webber, LLC, Hardeeville, SC. Lead and manage heavy civil construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure timely completion. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines. Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, financial summaries, and risk assessments. Resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain effective communication throughout the project.

40 hrs./week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a

related field and five (5) years of post-bachelor's, progressive, related work experience.

Must have five (5) years of experience with/in:

  • Managing highway and bridge Design-Build construction packages valued at over USD $50 million;

  • Civil engineering, project management, and construction operations within the heavy civil construction industry;

  • Reviewing, implementing, and maintaining traffic control plans;

  • Operating Primavera 6 CPM and Bluebeam Revu takeoff scheduling software;

  • Operating MS PowerBI and Heavy Job HCCS to manage civil engineering projects;

  • Applying construction math concepts to value engineer cost components exceeding USD $10 million in value;

  • Producing annual budgets, revenue projections and cash flow estimations;

  • Overseeing activities related to highway widening, bridge replacement, and interchange modernization;

  • Participating in subcontractor negotiation including material buyouts, contract development, and contract negotiation; and

  • Analyzing design documentation for implementation to include change orders and value-added engineering.
