Civil Engineer / Project Manager
Job description: Staff on Site is currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join our customer and become part of our growing team. This position will design, plan, direct, and coordinate engineering plans to include land development, subdivision development, and new home construction. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and experienced with engineering standards, construction standards, and local municipality regulations. Salary to commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Construction Management
  • CAD drawings for plat maps
  • Grading plans, and erosion control plans
  • Perform construction tasks for new homes and remodeling projects.
  • Meet with utility companies and local municipalities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor(preferred) of Civil Engineering or
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a Civil Engineer position
  • 2+ years’ experience in Construction management
  • CAD experience
  • Knowledge of legal compliance
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to work well within a team
Work hours: 8-5pmMonday-Friday in office/on-site
