Talon Hiring Solutions is partnering with a leading engineering and infrastructure organization to identify experienced Civil Engineering Leaders to support and lead the design, planning, and execution of complex industrial, infrastructure, utility, and large-scale site development projects.

We are seeking accomplished civil engineers with strong technical expertise in site development, drainage, stormwater management, utility infrastructure, permitting, and construction support. What You'll Do

  • Lead civil engineering efforts on large-scale infrastructure, industrial, utility, manufacturing, and site development projects.
  • Develop and oversee: 
    • Site grading plans
    • Stormwater management systems
    • Drainage and conveyance systems
    • Erosion and sediment control plans
    • Roadway and access improvements
    • Underground utility infrastructure
    • Equipment foundations and site structures
    • Heavy industrial site development packages
  • Perform and review engineering calculations related to hydrology, hydraulics, drainage, earthwork, utility infrastructure, and site development.
  • Develop engineering reports, technical studies, specifications, construction packages, and design documentation.
  • Support projects through all phases of execution, including planning, permitting, design, procurement, construction, and project closeout.
  • Coordinate closely with structural, mechanical, electrical, environmental, and project management teams.
  • Participate in project planning, risk assessments, constructability reviews, and technical evaluations.
  • Review contractor submittals, RFIs, field modifications, and construction documentation.
  • Conduct site visits, field investigations, and engineering assessments.
  • Lead technical reviews and ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and project requirements.
  • Assist with project estimating, scope development, budgeting, and proposal activities.
  • Mentor engineers and designers while supporting professional growth and technical development.
  • Contribute to engineering standards, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
  • 8+ years of civil engineering experience, with consideration given to highly qualified senior and principal-level candidates with extensive leadership experience.
