Typical projects involve site/civil design for public, institutional, commercial and industrial site development, and capital improvement projects.

  • Project Manager responsible for client relationship management.
  • Site/civil development including grading design, roadway design, storm water management systems design, and erosion and sediment control design, using Civil 3D.
  • Preparation of all associated calculations, reports and spreadsheets.
  • Collaborating and managing design teams in all aspects of a given project to develop detailed design documents for construction plans.
  • May also conduct code research, write specifications, and other project specific tasks.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, providing technical guidance and delegating work effectively.
  • Ensure projects meet all local, state, and federal codes, regulations, and environmental standards. Coordinate with agency staff and manage the submittal and permitting process.
  • Assist with site plan approvals in the area.
  • Complete construction cost estimating.

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering required;
  • 5+  years or more experience directly related to the design and execution of Land Development Projects required. 
  • Florida PE required.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft office is required
  • Knowledge of ICPR4/Stormwise preferred.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
