Job description

We are seeking a Civil Design Engineer II to join a growing engineering team specializing in land development projects. This position is ideal for an engineer with experience designing residential and commercial site development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare civil site design plans for land development projects.
  • Design grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, and erosion control plans.
  • Perform site layout and Civil 3D design work.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and internal engineering teams.
  • Assist with permitting and construction documentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 2+ years of land development design experience.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Experience with grading, drainage, and utility design.
  • EIT certification is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
