Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
  • Active Alabama physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments preferred.
  • Documentation of professional credentials, immunizations, and background checks as required by facility policies.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care caseloads.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records used in skilled nursing settings.
  • Prior travel therapy experience preferred.

Assignment Details
  • Shift hours: 08:00-16:30.
