The position leads short- and long-term planning, establishes operational priorities, and collaborates with the Board, community partners, and stakeholders to advance library services. Minimum Qualifications: ALA-accredited MLS degree and five (5) to seven (7) years of professional library experience, including progressive public library management experience covering a broad range of financial, administrative, supervisory, and operational activities.
