This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSafely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport seafood products to our customers' designated locations within the specified timeframe.Plan and organize delivery routes to optimize efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and adherence to food safety guidelines.Verify the accuracy of orders with customers before delivery and collect payments, if necessary.Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor during interactions with customers.Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating any complex issues to the appropriate department.Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or accidents to the supervisor.Adhere to all traffic regulations and safety standards to ensure the well-being of oneself and others on the road.Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery logs, mileage, and fuel consumption.Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate order picking and loading of delivery vehicles. Work ScheduleThe Delivery Driver is a full-time position.
