Citizens Savings Bank, a local Community Bank, is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented student intern who's ready to contribute meaningfully to both HR and Marketing initiatives while learning from experienced professionals.
Citizens Savings Bank is a locally owned and operated community bank headquartered in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. We have six branch offices located throughout Lackawanna, Monroe and Wayne County.
If you're energized by people, passionate about communication, and eager to build real-world skills across two dynamic disciplines, this internship will be a helpful step toward exploring your career interests.
About the Role
This hybrid internship blends Human Resources and Marketing, giving you hands-on experience in employee engagement, internal communication, and external brand promotion. You'll work closely with HR and Marketing leadership to support daily operations, special projects, and long-term initiatives.
Location:
The position will be onsite located at 500 S. State Street, Clarks Summit, PA 18411.
Hours: Available to work at least 20 hours per week.
Schedule: Flexible within standard bank business hours Monday-Friday.

Requirements
Who We're Looking For:
  • Current student attending an undergraduate or graduate school at an accredited university or college.
  • Be studying a program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with confidential information.
