Automotive F&I Manager — Matt Bowers Chevrolet (Slidell, LA)

We’re hiring a proven Automotive Finance Manager to drive profit, speed up funding, and protect CSI. Domestic franchise background (Ford/Chevy/Dodge/Chrysler/Toyota, etc.) required; GM/Chevrolet experience strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do
  • Structure clean, compliant deals; run credit interviews/apps; submit to the right lenders fast

  • Present a professional menu and maximize product penetration (VSC, GAP, maintenance, ancillary) while protecting chargebacks

  • Keep CIT days low: assemble bulletproof funding packages, clear stips, and maintain lender relations

  • Desk/close in partnership with Sales & BDC; coach the floor on process, disclosures, and FCRA/OFAC

  • Track and report: PVR, product per deal, approvals, CIT, and CSI—daily

What It Takes
  • 2+ years F&I experience in a franchised dealership (domestic required; GM/Chevy preferred)

  • AFIP or equivalent certification a plus; expert with credit bureaus, e-contracting, and DMS/CRM

  • High-integrity compliance mindset; sharp math, communication, and closing skills

  • Valid driver’s license; professional presence and references that prove results
