Finance Assistant / Deal Processor

Kia Delray

Kia Delray is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Assistant / Deal Processor to support our Finance Department and Accounting Office. This role is responsible for reviewing and preparing deal files to ensure they are complete, accurate, and ready for funding.

The ideal candidate will have prior dealership experience working with deal jackets, lender documentation, and contracts in transit (CIT) and must be highly detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strip and review deals from the Finance Department prior to submission to accounting

  • Verify all required documents, contracts, and signatures are present and accurate

  • Ensure deal jackets are complete and compliant with dealership and lender requirements

  • Monitor and manage Contracts in Transit (CIT) to ensure timely funding

  • Work closely with Finance Managers to resolve missing documents or funding issues

  • Follow up with lenders, banks, and internal departments when necessary

  • Maintain organized deal files and assist with reconciliation as needed

Qualifications
  • Automotive dealership experience required (Finance Office, Accounting Office, Deal Processing, or Funding)

  • Experience reviewing retail and lease deal paperwork

  • Knowledge of deal jackets, funding processes, and CIT management

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment

  • Experience with dealership management systems preferred
