 The Opportunity:

The IT Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and executing IT initiatives with a strong focus on AI, RPA, and information security, while supporting business operations through system development, integration, and IT planning.

This role requires a process-oriented mindset, deep understanding of service and business workflows, and the ability to translate operational needs into effective IT solutions rather than focusing solely on programming languages.

Responsibilities:

IT Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute IT plans aligned with business objectives and operational priorities
  • Lead IT planning activities including system roadmap, budget planning, and technology adoption strategy
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

AI / RPA Implementation

  • Identify opportunities for AI and RPA to improve service processes and operational efficiency
  • Lead or manage the design, development, and deployment of AI/RPA solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on AI/RPA initiatives
  • System Development & Integration
  • Manage system development and integration projects, including ERP, internal platforms, and third-party systems
  • Ensure stable operation and scalability of integrated systems
  • Oversee system testing, deployment, and post implementation support

Information Security

  • Establish and maintain information security policies, controls, and compliance practices
  • Manage access control, data protection, and security risk assessments
  • Coordinate with internal audit, legal, and compliance teams as needed

Operational Support & Governance

  • Support IT operations with a strong understanding of service workflows and business processes
  • Manage IT vendors, contracts, and service performance
  • Develop and maintain IT documentation, standards, and procedures

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; Master's (MBA, MIS, or similar) preferred
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, AI/RPA) strongly preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including leading enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Proven experience developing and executing IT strategy, roadmaps, and budgets aligned with business goals
  • Hands-on leadership of AI and/or RPA initiatives from design through deployment and optimization
  • Strong background in system development, integration, and full lifecycle management (ERP and enterprise platforms)
  • Experience with information security, risk management, compliance, and IT governance
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, contracts, and service performance
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business teams
  • Bilingual Korean/English is a plus
